About Cryptocurrency Payments

Hello. After almost 3 weeks of waiting, and a lot of tears in the process, and finally getting my HASH code of the transaction, I finally figure out what was happening. When I follow the steps on the Help Article about Crypto, I decided to link to my BITSO account. I follow all the steps and verify with BITSO about the wallet, everything was correct, but at the end when they send the money it results that BITSO has just a ERC20 address. What is strange because I search in the database, and it said TRC20. So, at the end, BITSO was the one who lost my money. I'm so mad because this last 3 weeks have been a nightmare and I haven't taken commissions here because I haven't known anything.

Anyway, I will open a BINANCE account now, so I will start taking commissions again. The only thing that makes me mad about WHentai is the Admin Chat, who answers once a while and I think sometimes they didn't take time to read the messages. I'm sad because I lost $170 USD, in which $80 was for a refund to a user who at the end pays me via PayPal, but Admins forgot about that, and that money also go the Crypto LIMBO.

I really dont get it what just happen, but now Im more afraid to try the crypto wallet than before... Also in my contry cypto mean "devil stuff", scary as fuck

Yes, I follow the tutorial, but i use my BITSO account instead of BINANCE, that was the issue. Supposedly it was the same kind of cryptocurrency and BITSO told me they were ok, but at the end BITSO lost the money because they said at the end, they don't work with ERC20.
